About Wagecrew

We built Wagecrew to close the gap between work and payday

Wagecrew is earned-wage access for UK employers. Your team draws pay they have already earned, up to a cap you set, and your payroll stays exactly where it is.

What we do

Earned-wage access for UK workforces

Wagecrew lets your team draw wages they have already earned before payday, up to a cap you control, paid by Faster Payments - typically within seconds - and recovered from the next payslip. It layers on the payroll and rota systems you already run.

Built for every pay pattern

Hourly, shift and salaried staff, on weekly, fortnightly or monthly pay. Draws come from pay already earned and confirmed, so casual and temp workers are covered the same way as core staff.

No payroll migration

You keep your payroll and your rota tools. Wagecrew connects to the stack you already run, rather than asking you to move onto ours.

One reconciliation

Every draw is checked against payroll by the Payroll Verifier and nets into a single deduction file at your next run.

Where we are

Live in production

Wagecrew is live in production: real draws, real payouts paid by Faster Payments - typically within seconds - and every draw reconciled against live payroll at the next run. We treat the platform as a payments product and hold it to that standard. Read how we approach security.

What we stand for

Three things we will not do

Charge your team to reach their own pay

There is no fee to the worker for drawing wages they have already earned. Where much of the field charges per draw, we chose not to build it that way.

Cross-sell credit or loans

We don't lend and we don't sell credit products alongside earned-wage access. Workers reach wages they have already earned, and nothing more.

Force you to migrate payroll

Your payroll stays where it is. We built Wagecrew to layer on, because moving payroll to add a benefit is a cost, not a feature.
