Terms of use
The terms that govern your use of the wagecrew.com website. The Wagecrew EWA product has its own terms, provided to clients and workers at onboarding.
About these terms
These terms of use govern the wagecrew.com website. The site is operated by Wagecrew Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17281102, with its registered office at 66 Cromwell Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 4AA (“Wagecrew”, “we”, “us”).
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
The product has its own terms
These terms cover browsing this website only. The Wagecrew EWA product - the worker app and the employer console - is governed by separate product terms and privacy documentation, provided to clients and their workers at onboarding. Nothing on this website forms part of those terms, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance.
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data collected through the site, including cookies.

The content on this site is general information about Wagecrew and earned wage access. It is not financial, legal, tax or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Before acting - or deciding not to act - on anything you read here, take advice from someone qualified to give it.
Intellectual property and your licence to browse
We own or licence all intellectual property rights in this site and its content, including the wagecrew name, wordmark and mark. All such rights are reserved.
You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own personal use or internal business reference, provided you do not modify them and keep any copyright notices intact. Any other use - including commercial republication of content - needs our written permission. If you use the site in breach of these terms, your licence to use it ends immediately.
