Pricing

Earned-wage access pricing starts with a conversation.

We don't publish a rate card. Pricing is agreed with you on a short call, once we understand how your team works.

Or request a demo; it is the same short call.

Quick answer

What does Wagecrew cost?

We agree pricing with you in a demo, rather than posting a figure before we've understood your setup. Your team pays nothing to reach wages they've already earned.

The model

How Wagecrew pricing works

No tiers to decode. We agree the employer side with you on the call.

What your team pays

Your team pays nothing to draw wages they've already earned. No per-draw fee, no interest, no charge to get the money faster.

One reconciliation

Each draw is recorded against the worker and the pay period, then recovered from the next payslip - just the amount drawn, nothing added. You keep one pay run.

Agreed with you

We don't post tiers. Pricing is agreed with you on the call, once we've seen how your team works.

One call, one number

Tell us roughly how many people you'd put on it and how you pay them. We talk the number through with you on the call, rather than reading it off a rate card.

The conversation

What the call covers

A few things about your team help us understand how you operate. None of this sets a price on its own. It is simply what the conversation covers before we agree a number with you.

How many people

Roughly how many staff you'd put on it, and across how many sites.

How you pay

Whether you run weekly, fortnightly or monthly pay, and the working patterns behind it.

Your sector

Hospitality, care, recruitment or any other sector, so we understand how you actually operate.

FAQ

Pricing, answered

How is Wagecrew priced?
Pricing is agreed with you on a short call, not published as a list price. We would rather understand how your team works first, then talk the number through. Request a demo and we'll cover it.
What does it cost my team?
Nothing. Your team pays no per-draw fee, no interest and no charge to get the money faster to reach wages they have already earned.
Why don't you publish prices?
Because a public price list would price your setup before we have seen it. We would rather understand how your team works, then agree the number with you. Request a demo and we'll walk through it.
Is there a setup fee or a long contract?
We cover setup and contract terms on the call, tailored to your team. We would rather agree those with you than post terms that don't fit.
Do you charge per withdrawal?
Your team is never charged per withdrawal. How the employer side is priced is agreed with you on the call.
